Why are "Illegal Aliens" with no valid drivers license allowed to register a car and get license plates?

in the town i live in we have a police officer who served in the military, and he's going to run for mayor. i asked him what is his intentions about the illegals who are living in our town. he didn't really give a good answer. but he was really encouraging when he said, when a police officer pulls an illegal over, and they don't have a license or insurance they are not allowed to do anything, not even tow their vehicle. that's not right. they want rights, but yet they get away with that? Americans lose their vehicles if they are caught with out license. sounds like double standard crap to me. the police in the town i live in make Americans disrespect the police.
its impossible excepts someone did it under their name and gave them the car. sauce????

They usually put it in their "brother's" or another family member's name or they will use stolen SS #s or fake ones.
And they also buy fake liability insurance cards. Those are pretty expensive, though.
Because they have purchased a vehicle they own and operate and need to have it registered. Why are ignorant people allowed to post messages relating to deep structural issues they vaguely comprehend?? Because they own a computer and can find the keys to form words and ask away.

some (in the midwest area) go to chicago where they can get someone's id ssn and other info..usually off of dead people
In the state I live in until May 1,2007 an illegal immigrant could get a drivers license by checking the box that asked if they were illegal.Since that date no new licenses were to be issued until the bill before the house is voted on.The same with registration.
Registering a car you own has nothing to do with your legality for driving it. Anyone can buy anything they want if they have the money. You don't have to go through a dealer, just a second-hand car off the side of the road.
Think about all those who have gotten repeated DUI's and keep driving around on a suspended license. What's the difference? They are both illegal.
