To those Mexican-Americans who came here the right way, thank you! You have enriched our country and helped the cause!
To those who would rather pay a coyote than follow the rules ... go back to where you came from! Is your criminal record not up to the scrutiny of ICE? Do you simply have the idea that laws do not apply to you? Just WHAT is your problem with immigrating within the law?
As to the Criminal invader illegal immigrant ... go HOME! We do not need or want you here! For those of other lands who respect our laws and are willing to immigrate within the system ... you are most welcome! Thank you for considering the USA as a place of residence!
We have laws for a reason, if we were to just "throw open the borders and take anyone who could make it here" what would we get?
The sickly (to clog up our medical facilities, with no ability to pay), the criminal (to fill up our prisons with no reason to pay), and the indigent (who will need Social Services to survive, with neither ability nor reason to pay).
Foreigners who want to come here ... please do! But do it legally, and assimilate to our culture!

I totally agree..Why is it when people here talk about illegals, its always in the context of Mexican's? I agree we need controlled legal immigration, but degrading a single group of people is just wrong.No one ever mentions visa violators from Eastern Europe or Asia.These make up a VERY large percentage...
Not sure that is true. Sure you will have some people acting like idiots but that is not true of America as a whole.
I agree with you to a point. You have to look at the racist answers the illegals and pro illegals give, since they have no other defense they use the race card. So really it goes both ways.. I'v seen it alot more on the pro illegal side.

Mexico is the country which makes up the largest portion (70% of 20 million or 14 million) of illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens make it difficult for the Mexican Americans who came here legally.
Amnesty would allow up to 100 million new Mexicans in 50 years. Counting the tens of millions of Mexicans already here including 3 million granted Amnesty in 1986 and they would be a near majority of the United States population and would destroy diversity.
Because some do not protray themselvs with any manners. It's in your face Mexican flag waving street protesting demanding bums. That are giving the rest a bad name. People do not remember the good ones just the ones that have no shame and ruin it for the rest.
thats a big issue where we live (arizona) . People need to realize why someone would feel the need to come to america in the first place. Mexico has alot of poverty and most people seem to come here out of desperation and a need to feed there family. there should be nothing wrong in remembering where you came from.
Well if the culture didn't involve extended family members living together, bad polka music in the front yard, noisy parties, ran down neighborhoods and a stubborn streak against learning the English language then it probably wouldn't be a big deal.

I think any and all illegal immigrants that are ever granted amnesty in a future bill should be BANNED from voting in all elections. period! That way the politicians don't get a quick vote. Maybe the children are able to vote, but not the illegals.

Well if they wanted us to welcome them, they shouldn't have demanded rights, burned our flag etc. Americans generally do not accept that type of behavior. We find it extremely offensive and threatening.
