well, I guess all you need to do is to visit NewZealand's embassy website. you can get information from there as well as you can email them explaining them what you want and what you are, breifly.
I know people there. its not so heart terrifying to get there but all you have to do it to fulfill their requirements/ thats all.\
Also try to get a job in various hospitals there. it would then be easy for you to get the visa. because once you will have a letter from the office, in your hands, easy it will be for you to get the visa. Although nothing is assured.
