if you are here as an illegal then you have NO rights and shouldn't expect any.
the 14th amendment says to all people born and natrulised.
not all people illegal or not. so i ask again how can one expect to have the same rights as an american if they are illegal.

No one is indigenous to this continent. So there were no people here who were not migrating from somewhere else at some point in ancient history. However, the USA was born and created laws and policies,etc. Anyone after that point, new people were immigrants to this nation! Now after all of the work is done we have natives pouring out of the woodwork who feel entitled to what the USA has wrought from hard work and sacrifice. They are not. If you are in this nation today as an illegal alien, you have no rights whatsoever! You do have the right to go home. Please use all resources available to you to complete this task!
They confuse 'civil rights' with 'human rights.'
It's totally illogical to expect equality of rights when one is not a citizen of that country. They do however have the right to be arrested for breaking our laws and the right to be deported, so I guess in a sense they do have some rights.
Because the liberals are telling them they have rights.
Actually, even several so called conservatives (McCain, Bush) want to give them rights.
As far as I'm concerned, anyone that supports illegal immigrants should be deported with the illegals!
That is a good question. Certain rights are given, in my opinion when illegals enter the US and utilize resources that leave US citizens without, then it is a problem. In alot of other countries,
Americans are not welcome and are not allowed to take up residence in a country unless the government gives the ok. I realize also that America is the land of the free and that people come here for a better life, but how can we give people from another country a better life, when we can barely take care of our own. I think the governments need to get together and help these undeveloped countries to build themselves up, so they are in a better position to take care of their citizens. Pretty soon we will have all these people over here and no way to take care of any of them or US citizens.
As far as I am concerned you are all Illegal immigrants to this country. My ancestors should have set up stations at all the borders when you pilgrims landed here 500 years ago!Leave my brown mexican brothers alone they have more rights to this country then you European intruders!

I wonder why they believe that myself.Someone is filling their heads up with false expectations.I live in Europe and am very aware that I am a guest over here.I would never get involed in their politics or give my opinion on their (crazy) government.
