Yes. It's time they made it legal and accepted it's part of human nature.
More than law it is our outlook towards life is what matters. Partnership is an antithesis. Because, it involves trust. We believe in freedom. The degree of freedom, which we intend to enjoy, is very high and we do not like to be disturbed even by an inch. Therefore trust and partnership are troublesome to our way of life. It is better you accept a relationship and live in it or be free. In between arrangements are dangerous
I do not think that Indians should go that low in their morals.
