Can citizens of the netherlands renew there reentery passports/ permit? or what else can they do?
Answer:
If they came into the U.S. under the visa waiver program he cannot extend his stay in the U.S. He will need to leave the U.S. before his 90 days or he will be in violation of the visa waiver program. If he stays longer next time he applies for entry into the U.S. it can be denied and he will no longer be eligible for the visa waiver program.
