hi.you havnt really written enough information but if your planning on marrying him in Morroco...you will need birth certificate ,divorce papers, a criminal history report, a letter from your church ,and other identification of course now as far as visa go...mmm..i think it best to go over there and marry him and apply for visa because it could take months and not sure on the US visa but to sponsor him would be the quickest i would say.anway hope i have helped a little...
