Does Police in U.K got the right to deport illegal inmigrants?

No!The Police can arrest an illegal and transfer him/her to the immigration officers for detention and/or deportation

To me it looks like no one has the balls to deport them, they are to busy trying to be politically correct, and wasting the tax payers money.

no the police only inforce the law thay will arrest on sus illegal entry but then it is down to immigration to attend the police stn and interview them if thay are illegal the immigration dept will serve deportation papers on them thay are then transported to a detention centre for a few days then sent back to there country or if that claim political asylum we are then stuck with them for ever

no - the can arrest you under the Immigration Act.
What happens is they will ask you for your name and address, and make you wait while they phone the Home Office to verify your name and address, if your not on the Home Office data, they arrest you, then Home Office police take you to the detention centre, awaiting further interview and deportation.
No! If you are an illegal immigrant (are you?) they have to hold you and pass your details on to Immigration Control. But they don't bother nowdays. They just let you go and ask you to report back. Of course, nobody does!
No they don't. They only have the power to hold an illegal, whilst the immigration dept make the decision, unfortunately the illegals have the right to appeal, which then drags out for years, and the tax payer picks up the bill. and they wonder why the normal tax payers is feed up with whats going on in this country !!!
