About filling petitions for 7 month old?

Hi I filled i130 for my wife back in June 2006 she is in India. My daughter was born in December 2006 now she is 7 months old what should I do for her file another i130.Do I need a her pictures
I am not citizens yet . My daughter was born in india.

you need the same forms as for any individual and the same documents, picture, birth certificate and family book to prove she is your daughter.
