What is the procedure to recall the senators and impeach the president?

If the senators are recalled and the president impeached, who is the next in line to take their positions? How can we get them out before the next election?

Pity is, you need the Congress to address the process you so strongly wish to conduct.
First, you need an ironclad legal charge to bring against the President. Failing this, don't bother.
If you can give the Congress a real smoking gun crime, then you have to wait on Bush's stacked deck at the Department of Justice. And we all know how likely they will be to act on any criminal indictment.
Let's say that an indictment is forthcoming. A trial will be held. You all know how trials go, don't you? Remember how long it took to impeach President Clinton over Monica Lewinsky?
By the time the ball gets rolling, Bush will be leaving the White House anyway.
Recall petitions. ~
the short answer is you can never get them out by election day. for the senators each state would have to get petitions signed with enough signatures (not sure the exact amount, probably varies state to state). then each state would have to have a recall election for each senator and representative. this is a massive undertaking that would require billions in per senator/rep to bankroll the recall petition and vote.
for the president one of the houses of congress would have to draw up impeachment charges and then there would need to be a 2/3 vote in both houses to approve the charges and another 2/3 vote in both houses to remove the president from office.
as you can see this is an enormous undertaking and it will NEVER happen.
but maybe you can keep your fingers crossed for a military coup. i'm sure you've seen how well those turn out in other countries.
