Eight weeks to get back in?
My Ex-wife's fiance is an illegal and they have a kid together. My wife and I didn't know he was illegal until my kids told me he made her mad and she reported him.
It took eight weeks for him to get back to Wisconsin after they took him.
If I can find out where he is staying I might report him again although I kind of like him making her miserable and threatening to steal their kid. It leaves her less time to screw with us.
If I report him, is the eight weeks average or did he just get lucky this time to get back so quick?

My friend's brother has worked for INS, now ICE for many years. One of his stories is the illegal he caught 7 times in 6 months. Catch and release every time, except the last time...the illegal went to the pen for drug-smuggling and attempted murder.

They did a sweep of a factory here a few years back ( in a border state). The longest time back was 3 days. Took her family 3 days to drive down, get her and get her back here. I doubt they worried too much, and just went and got her when they had time.
I consider 8 weeks quite a long time. Maybe he stayed to visit with family while he was home. Report him. She might not mess with you so much if you tell her you will report him every time she starts any BS with you. Besides, you don't want the half sibling to your kids to get sent to that rathole. It might worry them.
