I own my owm business,after legal deductions my income tax forms show I am below national poverty levels. I need help with alternative ways to show support. pls help

Answer:
The I-134 is only one thing that a consulate officer may use in determining if the K visa applicant will or wont become a public charge. You do have other options.

If the sponsor is well established in business he/she may submit a rating from an recognized business rating organization in lieu of the foregoing. In other words in lieu of tax returns, w-2's etc.
