The I-134 is only one thing that a consulate officer may use in determining if the K visa applicant will or wont become a public charge. You do have other options.
If the sponsor is well established in business he/she may submit a rating from an recognized business rating organization in lieu of the foregoing. In other words in lieu of tax returns, w-2's etc.
