unfortunately, there is no time table when the retrogression will be lifted. Quota for schedule A workers were already filled for 2006 in november and uscis is only processing application filed in 2004-2005 just now...it could be a while before they reopen this category...what it means for foreign workers like you....well...there is not much you can do but wait...also im sorry to say there are no other quick alternatives...as Schedule A was the quickest for foreign nurses...applying for just a working visa has a backlog of at least 3-4yrs...
