Were I an African American, I'd be quite upset with what's going on. The 14th was written to provide a level playing field for the newly freed slaves, not to reward people who sneak into this country.

Then what happens if a visitor gives birth to a child in the US, the child obtains the citizenship, but then returns with the parents to their country. Does the child lose the US citizenship?
