How do I get a Job that will provide a work permit in Canada?

Does anyone know of or have any experience with any agencies or companies that hire internationals and provide work permits for immigrating to Canada?

I want tomove to Canada but I need a job. Details appreciated.

Apply for a credible company in Canada and request for your employment contract so that you can use it in applying for a work visa thereat.
Why in the name of Allah would you want to work in Canada?
