My Thai wife and her daughter are thinking of living in the U.S of A?

We been married almost 2 years I've lived in Thailand 3 years i'm an American What is the best way to go about it She wants to go now [family stuff] she has a 5 year vise her daughter has a passport but no visa Thank you

Answer:
Go to US Embassy and file I-130 for her. Since you have lived there for a while your application will be processed there.

You will get interview done in 3-5 months and can come here.

You can also file the same petition for your step daughter if your marriage took place I believe when she was under 16.

Contact US Embassy they will guide you.
Contact an immigration lawyer in your area.
Sorry, we're full.
Best bet is for you to visit the local US embassy or consulate and discuss it with them.
If you married her in Thailand then chances are that the US govt won't recognize the marriage. You will have to marry her in the USA then send her back and apply for her. Oh, and have a great lifetime of working your butt off to keep sending money back to her family. You know, the ones who can't work because of one excuse or another. What, you thought she married you for your looks? That's if she doesn't leave you after she sets her anchor down here after 3 yrs.
you will need a Thai lawyer for her exit visa.then you will need a visa from the U.S.If the child has a U.S. passport, she will also need a Thai passport and exit visa(she is a dual citizen)Dis-regard the bigots, they are brain dead and ignorant.hope you all make it home soon.
