In my humble opinion, all groups that have had little contact with others outside of their own group tend toward racism out of ignorance.
Unfortunately, most Latinos have little contact with other races and culture.
That single fact leaves them vulnerable to being sucked into the trap of racism.
If they tried to assimilate instead of trying to maintain the identical culture they had in their home country, the problem would be significantly reduced.
I love other cultures and hope they are never forgotten. Lets celebrate them and may they celebrate ours!

People from all races are Racist. Latinos are not racist though, you can not generalize like that. There are some racist latinos, just as there are some racist African Americans, and just as there are some racist whites. It would be bad of me to overgeneralize and State" Why are AMericans so racist", because it is not true Some are but not all. Once you interact with different cultures you see the beauty in people and you realize that we are all human made to be imperfect.
