You need to return to your home country and apply for a fiance visa from there. Once approved you can re-enter the US. You have a certain amount of time to get married after you enter the country (I think it's a year).

no you will have to go back to your county and depending if you have been here more than 180 days illegaly as these people like to call it.. you will have a 10 year ban..but if your wife can prove that it will be an extreme hardship for her you will only be out of the country from 6 months to 2 years..
