If he's illegal, and if you feel illegals should be deported, then I'd say, go for it.
But if you just want to "get him," then I think you have the problem.
There are a lot of people who have entered the country illegally and who have learned to speak the language, and have tried in all other ways to be good citizens. If he is one of that group, then I think he should begin the citizenship process.
But if he' been sponging off the country as are the aliens with whom US citizens have the problem, then my question to you would be, "Why have you waited until now?"
He should be shot (for treating his son bad) and you should be deported (because anchor babies aren't legal either!)

We need to forget about color and religion. Our country is in trouble. Americans come in all shapes colors and sizes, but....we are Americans. This is what should bond us together against the world. Do you really think any other country gives a damn what happens to America? Heck, they are praying for our death. Lets focus on Americans, of all colors.

Other countries dont even allow immigration..there is no real reason we need immigrants anymore. Let the people from other countries build up their own country, dont run away and try to hide in America.
