Has anyone here lost their job to an illegal immigrant?

How would you know if you lost your job to an illegal?... Would your boss call you into his office and say... hello (insert name here) this is (insert name here) he will be replacing you at your job, he is an illegal alien... have a nice life.
As for what are we doing about it, I personally have written and called each of my state representatives and all of the presidential candidates. I also plan to use my vote.
To the person who said I do not have to worry about this because I have a college degree.. WRONG, you can be replaced just as easily as a laborer and skilled workers are being courted from other countries and coming in rapidly.
pretty soon many truckers will loose their jobs when the gov't allows mexican truckers to work in the u.s.

No. In my state (Oklahoma) they just passed a law that it is illegal to hire illegal immigrants. The only problem is that when they begin to enforce that law, we will have no one to mow our lawns. I believe this is a step in the right direction,
however, all states have to do their part.

That's why this Illegal immigration problem is going unsolved. Both political parties are bought and paid for. The Democrats want an established voting base(because no one enforces the voting laws so the invaders get to vote) and the Republicans all have ties to big buisness(sp?) who want cheap labor. It's not that we won't do these jobs, it's that we don't have to, we can get better ones.
The only thing an illegal stole from me was my car. And yes I know for a fact they were illegal as it came out in court.
Where I work "papers" and the ability to speak English are absolutely required. So I'm not worried about my job at all.

I haven't but my stepson wasn't hired because The home Depot decided to hire a Mexican guy for less money.
