This makes me both sad and angry! Why does an illegal have a prior record? He should have been deported the first time. So many crimes could be prevented if our govt just enforces the law! How many more American victims do we have to have before our govt wakes up? All this PC is total crap!

The article does NOT identify his 'original crime,' and it is not known whether it is a deportable offense.
So we should do that with our sex offenders to. I'd love to find the man that molested my 2 nieces and have him sent away. As sad as this case is, it does not described all immigrants. To pin point that all immigrants are here to exploit our children is sick. We have enough American predators out there as well. The issue on this needs to child predators in general and not on immigrants. I see where your trying to make your point though.

Sorry but are you surprised? This is a common occurrence. Criminals of all kinds aren't deported. (BTW, these are some of the people the Amnesty bill would have given citizenship to!)
They have a "catch & release" program that allows the criminal to report to authorities for a hearing. The twits actually think the illegal will return!
Even IF they are deported, they return. There have been news reports of drunk driving fatalities caused by illegals that have been charged with DUI numerous times. Some were deported and have come back.
We MUST close the borders.

Im w/ Psi Chi, u r quick to point out all the hard core criminals when u cant even look at the bigger picture. for example the houses they build, roads they pave, lawn they maintain, kids they take care of, and so many other menial jobs they serve for the American public. its disgusting to resort to such low means, but this is America after all!
