Get a uhaul truck. Get the small one cheap and load it up and take it to the dump.
I lived in a apartment once and the manager had lived there for 35 years and smoked like a fiend. She never painted. You couldn't see through her windows because of the nicotine.When she died I went into her unit and the walls were orange. Anything in the house that had not moved for the last whatever years was orange.
