Have Europeans stopped emigrating to North America?
Answer:
Yes, in general they view America as having a lower standard of living than Western European countries. However, Eastern Europeans tend to be poorer than people south of the U.S. border. Eastern Europeans are still coming to the U.S..
Most Europeans see America in social decay and with terrible schools. Education is highly valued in Europe and people don't want to immigrate to a country where their children would go to bad schools.
We know that bad schools are primarily caused by illegal aliens and too many babies being born out of wedlock.
Many English are leaving the U.K. for countries like Australia and New Zealand. English are leaving because of what they perceive as social decay (caused by too much illegal immigration).
Yes, they take care of their people.
Sho 'nuff.
There was a time it was worthwhile coming here, but the industrial era is over...and Free Trade killed anything worthwhile we had going for us here. So yes, they are much better off where they are...in fact VERY much better off.
They're far and away from this mess the west has created.
There are still europeans moving into america where I live anyway, certainly a lot less than back in the days of ellis island, but they're still there
It's your impression. We have a huge wave of Russian and Armenian coming into Los ANgeles. (Are Armenians considered asians or Europeans?) I heard complaints that there are a lot of Brits coming here too. Yes, we Angelenos not only complain about Mexican immigrants, but British too. In fact the number one immigrant group I like to bash are Texans. I would suspect that there would be a wave of Polish Immigrants coming some time soon.
It is harder to cross the sea than cross a border
They're coming to Canada instead. God knows we need them.
