Never lived in Mexico, or heard of any of those "terriorities". Was there a tribe called Mexican or a brown race before the Spanish explorers arrived? Somehow my tribal elders have never told me about them. Hmm. I think some people have had too much tequila to drink.

Tijuana. The legalized prostitution, the lower drinking age, and the wide distribution of illegal drugs make it like Vegas's troublemaker cousin. It's like the Wild West, and home to the world famous Donkey Show. Also, I like your idea of uniting Mexico and the U.S. into one country. They would have a better economy and infrastructure. We would have more awesome beaches and oil fields, better control over the drug cartels, and the world's largest city. We would also have a better chance of competing against Europe and Asia. So, as cynical as your question is, it is a good idea. Kudos! My vote for the name would be The United Mexican States of North America. Either that or Los Estados Unidos de los Pinches Gringos y Frijoleros.
