There is no if. It's going to happen, and it is crap. I mean why don't they just go ahead and give america over to mexico. I mean Mexicans are the majority in the prisons of America. I personally think they need to build a big wall, and enforce current immigration laws, and export all who don't have proper American identification. Sad day to be a republican when Bush gets his way.

if you overstay your visa, your an illegal alien and only think you should get is a one way ticket home...
the ones with expired visa's he should help. at least they made some kind of effort to be here legally. the ones who never made an effort should be deported back.

There is a law on the books right now requiring a visa EXIT tracking system be put in place. The ENTRY system is in place but once again Homeland Security is saying they need more time and it isn't cost effective. The reason we caught those Egyptian students that never showed up for class is because the tracking system HAS been put into place for students, since that was a discrete, abused, area. However, the system needs to be in place. Once identified as overstaying, many could be tracked down.
