Answer:
Just come in illegally, take advantage of U.S. benefits, wait long enough and the government will reward you with even more benefits and pay you when you have contributed nothing to the Country.
Tongue in cheek: You will get plenty of serious answers.

Easy if you have lots money hard if you don;t
Well in the US in order for you to be a citizen you must first become a legal permanent resident. This process is very difficult and require lots of money, applications and waiting time for years. After become a resident you must live in the country for 5 years then apply for US citizenship. This is very easy. You need to be fingerprinted, take a test on US history, the English language and writing. After you will be sworn in weeks later.
Heidi, couldn't of said it better myself. Good stuff.

You need to know how to read and write in English, step one, then the test will ask you questions all about the U.S. it's very very simple. I don't know where you would go for a green card, but you can look it up probably.
You have to be a resident for 5 year (3 if you got your green card through marriage). Then you file an N-400, pay the fee and wait for fingerprints. Then you get a notice to appear for an interview where you are asked ridiculously easy questions, they ask you to read and write and then you find out right then and there if you passed. If you background checks have cleared, you can wait for your swearing in ceremony letter or have it mailed to you
