Answer:
Many people are not racists.They want reform.Mainly, for our govt to enforce its laws...But you cannot deny, that both sides, be it pro or anti, do have radical activists pushing there radical ideas, fueling this debate.And those voices, seem to drown out any reasonable discussion.
Because they will say ANYTHING to support their criminal behavior

You will only be labelled a racist if you use offensive language towards ONLY a certain group of people. Like for example saying that mexicans only have 2nd grade education is not only racist but not even true.
Criminals will use whatever word they can to make there behavior appear acceptable. Illegal immigration is just that... ILLEGAL. Period.

The democrat party realized a long time ago that no one wants to be called a racist and have used that fact to beat people of other political persuasions over the head with. If you're opposed to affirmative action, you're a racist, oppose illegals and you're a racist, won't vote for Obama, you're a racist.
