Nobody excepts people born in the US directly become citizen.
A better question would be How can I become Lawful Permanent Resident of the US.
Once you have been a LPR for 3-5 years-depending upon how you got LPR status, you can apply for citizenship and if you meet the requirements, become a US Citizen.
You can become LPR by:
Marriage to US citizen or another LPR.
Sponsorship by Employer.
Lottery. 50,000 numbers issued to selective countries.
Investment visa.
