Thats exactly what will happen..So many contractors along the border hire these workers.I am sure to save money, they will be out in the hot sun building the fence, that is suppose to keep them out.Wonder who will get these contracts, local people or a national company.

It would be a matter of history repeating itself. That is exactly what was determined to have happened in San Diego. I believe there was a matter of $2 million in fines and possibly jail time involved.
