They are still trying to revive the bill. Not quite resurrected yet. But it is an outrage if this bill passes.

This bill is not what you think it is. Do you know what the impact will be? Regardless of race, we can't afford 12 million illegals suddenly made legal. Why do you think the health care system is breaking? People should become citizens the legal way, period.
You are right, so if we make ANYONE citizens, it should be LEGAL immigrants that are attempting to immigrate here LEGALLY. Not those that broke the law to come here. Illegal aliens can wait in line behind them!!

New Zealand has excellent immigration requirements and provisions for seasonal workers.

Bad. Just the other day, I thought about the number of immigrants that have followed the rules to become legal immigrants and are still waiting for their visas. This bill doesn't cover that. I wish it would because I can see giving people who've been in line and followed the rules for so long to become Americans before giving amnesty to 12 to 20 million illegal immigrants. Boy, these clowns in Capitol Hill just don't get it! Thanks!
I have a fair number of illegal immigrant friends and I wouldn't want to see them deported. With that said I am against this immigration bill. This is to go hand in hand with the Read ID (which is already in progress) act and the immigrants are pawns in this game. The government knows the immigrants will gladly take on the national ID card (with the RFID chip and all your information on it -- like a homing device). the logic will be that it won't work until all including citizens have it, too. Now, you may think this isn't much of anything, however all you have to do is think back to another space in time like Nazi Germany. Remember "papers please"? Is this what America is all about?
I think it's crap! Why should we reward these people that broke the law? They would reward me if I robbed a bank!!

This bill will pass whether we like it or not, what is the sense in calling government officals they cannot do nothing. Please get a reality and take that piece of crap out call government officals, Bush is in control here.
