It should only be a couple of weeks before the hardcopy approval notice issues. The employer or contact person for the case who receives the notice should forward it to you. If you were part of the lottery, that means your case was subject to the yearly cap and can't start work until Oct 1. You cannot enter until late Sept. Posts are scheduling interviews for visa issuance ahead of time to avoid a massive rush, but there are still likely to be some delays in interviews at some posts
