My 15 year old friend has been charged with racial asault will he get let into the US?

going on holiday with my mum and dad but my 15 year old friend has been charged with racial asault will he get let in through imigration in the Florida USA

Answer:
yeap........ problem
No.
And that's a good thing.
Racial assault is ok in Florida and Texas. Here in California it is only OK if the Cops are doing it.
Wow...and we were just starting to run out, too!
Where was he charged with the assault? What is your friend's citizenship?
If he has a valid visa he should be let in.
It depends on whether he was charged or convicted.
charged means innocent until found guilty by a court of law.
It's a cruel ofense, but I do not know if he's going to be banned, nowdays you'll never know.
They will do a background/security check when he applies for a visa
Now let me get this straight your friend has been charged with a racial assault in the U.K.so he has charges pending is what your saying!
Not knowing how the laws are in the UK,as to the United States you tell us is his charge considered a felony in the UK,as it would be in the United States depending on the severity of the assault as well.
And of course your friend wants to come to Florida, with a racial assault pending against him well let me tell you this if I had my way he would not be allowed in the United States, until he cleared up those racial charges against himself because if your friend has a racial problem he would run into the wrong people here in the states who would not put up with his bias okay and that could be bad for him.
And why would he want to leave the UK,knowing you have charges pending against you in another country if you weren't trying to avoid prosecution is that what your friend is trying to do by coming to the U.S.,well I hope he has to stay in the UK,until he is cleared of wrong doing and if he is not and faces prison time well guess what good luck with that as well you reap what you sow!
