Criminal record, need visa to go on holiday to florida. Please advise...?
Answer:
I would imagine that this prison sentence had to do with the car accident. Go to the American Embassy in London, request the visa, and if it comes up, then explain, if not, don't worry about it. I believe you'll get your visa.
Ask the USA embassy that's what they are there for.
This site says you dont need a visa if you have a british passport to travel to america they do how ever say they must be of good character what ever that means
You must mention everything on your Visa application
what dyu want to go to Florida for? go to the lake district. You know what the americans are like, especially at the moment, be careful at the airport
I´m somewhat puzzled about the stack misunderstandings the Word Vi-sum, in plural form Visa. You represented your Q, as to say:`What is my Credit Rate?` Justified and Just... an Accident can happen to any one... I´vie been invited to just about half the worlds countries United in The Assembler in New York. Makes me wonder how my private choices to smoke and drink and enjoy will arrive in somewhere but home.
check with the US embassy. I'm sure they will have more information than this site.
You need to check with the American embassy, they will let you know if its possible.
I'm not shure...well I'm not shure! Depends if tat person is illegal or a legal, if that person has no legal papers here it's most likely that he or she wont get them.
#1: That person might be be deported [deportada(o)]
#2: That's really risky. By how he could be taken to jail or they might have another problem on their criminal record.[ Coming to to another country illegally]
i know someone that has been to Florida recently and they have a criminal record, Although they have not been in prison. and they did not need a Visa at all.
Your Local postoffice should have details about Visa's and who needs them.
Or you can always check it out on the internet.
good luck
