Currently I am working in Saudi. I applied passport for my daughter before 4 months @Chennai Passport office in normal mode. I verified the status through online and the current status is "Demand Draft removed and Application is under process". This status is only appearing before 3 weeks and still in the same status.
Well, I plan to bring my family to Saudi for their vocation. Only few days are remaining. I have to arrange all formalities including visa process in this short period. Passport copy is compulsory for this process.
Currently my family is living in Coimbatore. They tried to get process status in Coimbatore passport office. But they didn't get any proper answer from PO and they advised them to contact Chennai passport office.
Could you please any one suggest me the procedure to get passport in on time for the in process status passport?

Contact Chennai Passport office. If you still have issues, apply Passport by tatkal scheme, you will get the passport in few days time I think
Contact Regional Passport Office of your state, it may be in Chennai. You can write letter to RPO or Chief Passport Officer, Tilak Marg, New Delhi 01
