Deporting?

If someone was deported for drug charges, how long before they can re-enter the united states?

Answer:
They can appy for a pardon at around 36 months,,but that does not mean they will get it,,?? And if they come back after being deported and they are caught , either here in the states or at the border, they will do an automatic 60 months in prison.
How about never - is never good for you?

Its good for US.
I hope never
Under the current border circumstances, just as soon as you can get your feet wet again!
i hope never
I agree with the I hope never crowd on this one. We have enough drug issues now days without having more come into our country.
Never, I hope. He needs to stay in his own country to commit his drug offences. We don't want or need him here!
