Its most likely A but your e.g for D would most likly be wrong. The boarders for India were set up on religious grounds making most in India Hindu or Sikh and most in Pakistan Muslim.

We have tried to repatriate them to Africa a couple of times before, but it didn't work. We even created a country for them: Liberia (and look what they have done with it!).
What we can do is offer money to African countries to take them back, and then cut all welfare here and offer Blacks one lump sum payment if they agree to go back to Africa and to renounce their US citizenship (so they cannot come back).
Such a plan could cost us quite a lot of money, but all that money would be recovered in one decade, with the savings in the jail system and welfare money, not to mention the lower crime rate.

Therefore, I would imagine the Whites must lay claim, to the least number of followers of the religion.
