Can a senior citizen of other countries get a job in UK?

I don't think age would make any difference to availablility of a work visa. Obviously, EU citizens don't need permission to work, apart from Romanians and Bulgarians.
Actually finding a job might be pretty hard though.
If they are from an EU country, then yes. Otherwise no. You need a visa like everyone else.
If you live in an EU country I don't see why not.
There isn't enough jobs for the people who live here so I think it would be hard for you to get a job, providing you are a EU citizen. B & Q usually take on retired people but you what have to be able to speak fluent english and know about the product.
Yes, if their countries have bilateral agreements, towards that effect, with the country they wish to get the job.
Also if they have fulfilled legal overseas work permit of that country.

Dont listen to them, finding a job is as easy as you make it, it just depends on what you want. Loads of supermarkets and diy stores take over 60s and the law states that there should not be age discrimination anyway. In addition, you havent said whether you have any specific skills, like accountancy or manual trade skills, if you have then that widens your choice. there are jobs here, this is not a country of high unemployment and there are deficits in the areas of public service like social work, nursing and teaching, and also in trades like plumbing, electricians and carpenters, good luck
If you live in a member state of the EU, then there is nothing to stop you. The law is on your side to seek work.
But, despite what the government say, ageism works strongly in the UK. I was pensioned at 48 because kids were coming along, and my employer didnt want me to build up too many years for my pension.
If you are not too worried about what work you do, and you are a member of the E.U., then the answer is Yes.
