We are Americans and when the hospitals close because of too many free visits by the Illegals and you have a heart attack you will see the light.

Their right to break our laws?
Their right to steal our social services?
Their right to lower our standard of living?
Their right to lower our educational standards?
Their right to cost taxpayers untold billions of dollars?

Illegal aliens can go back to their own country and decide their inalienable rights if their country recognizes that. Otherwise, they can respect our laws and try to join us legally.

Every country has immigration laws. No one has the inalienable right to break them. When I have the right to go anywhere I please anytime I please then I will not object to others doing the same. I don't believe in destiny anyway.

All right, I'm a democrat and your question is foolish. How can you possibly argue that aliens who are here illegally have rights granted by the United States. There are arguments that can be made, but certainly not that one. We are not deciding the illegal alien's destiny, we're deciding our country's destiny.
From the viewpoint of a white American,they are better than any brown skin illegal or brown skin hispanic. You know why, just merely because they say so. Illegal is just another excuse for them. They did not need it before.
Pray tell exactly what inalienable rights are lawbreakers entitled to? They decided their destiny when they decided to break the law and breach or national borders. That's treason in most other countries and is generally punishable by death. So why should we give them any consideration whatsoever? They are criminals, lawbreakers, liars, cheats and thieves and are no better than any other criminal who resides on U.S. Soil. Therefore, they should be treated as the criminals they are and imprisoned for the crimes they commit. The U.S. Constitution permits slavery when people are incarcerated for breaking the law. Seems to me that would answer the government's claim that "We can't deport 12-20 million illegal aliens". We could, under the U.S. Constitution punish them for breaking the law and enslave them by making them work in the fields until their sentence is completed.
What inalienable rights are you talking about? The Constitution clearly allows the Federal government to control immigration. They do not have an unalienable right to live here.
Because they are here illegally. I'm Mexican and I understand the implications from amnesty. It's a can of worms waiting to be opened. If it is made easy for them to get legal status, have you ever given it thought to what would happen. Everyone else would want to come into our country. Think of Taxes that would have to be paid to sustain our standard of living.

We are citizens of particular countries. Should we not get reciprocal rights to assets and benefits in other countries to compensate for societal services rendered?
For example, the Mexican government owns a pretty successful oil business. Why shouldn't we use it to provide universal healthcare for US citizens, since Mexico encourages its citizens to go to the US for universal public education?
Since when are free education, free health care, free rent, free food and free income (welfare checks) inalienable rights?

As of now we do not have open borders. It is not the worlds "inalienable right "to come in and just live in America. There is a legal way to do it which is the right way to do it.

Mexico has some of the most strigent and restrictive laws as far as immigration is concerned, yet, many of them come here and refuse to speak the coutries language and continue to wave the Mexican flag, all the while, paying no taxes getting, free medical care, while being exploited by big business by, working, for the most part, an unfair wage.
We are citizens of this country and this is a democracy. They are here illegally and we want them punished. We don't need to speak any other language or wave any other flag. Deport them all. Russians first.
So many people come here legally every year and they decide their destiny. So many people come here illegally every year from Mexico, Russia and the Phillipines, among other places, and a number of them falsify documents and commit fraud.
Unfortunately, if their intentions were for a better life, they chose a rocky start by committing crimes. I'd like to see the bill passed so they can start the process. At least it will make it easier to catch people who are drug dealers and human slave and prostitute smugglers.
