He came over to the U.S. on TPS Status from Honduras and got married to a U.S. Citizen 1-2 years ago. He went to jail in Brazoria County Texas and they have an ICE Hold on him. I talked to someone and they said that if immigration does not come and get him before a certain period of time we have 8 hours to bond him out. I have tried to look for information on the net about the ICE Hold and how it works but cannot find anything. Can someone help me.
Answer:
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) most likely put a hold on him because he committed a crime that violated the status of his temporary protective status. Maybe you will be able to get him out, ICE will most likely try to revoke his TSP and deport him.
Help to send him back or keep him here..??
