This is old, but what do you think?
I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.
I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here. Please know that I will be expecting the following:
1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
3. All government forms need to be printed in English.
4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.
5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.
6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying under the American flag.
7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.
9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.
10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.
11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.
13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.
I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely. However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail hunting with your V.P.
Thank you so much for your kind help.
Answer:
I think I like it.
Yeah it's old!
I like that mona. 2nd down has probably never heard it before ha ha.
Ohhhh MexicanBandido you were the kid from earlier named retarded SOB,, he was funny.
TOO OLD AND TOO STUPID!!!!!!
VIVA MEXICO Y LA RAZA MEXICANA!!!!
PROUD TO BE MEXICAN!!!!!
THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO ADMIT IT!!!!!!
MARIA GONZALEZ: YOU ARE A DISGRACE!! I SURE WANT TO STEP ALL OVER YOU!!!!!!!
Dear Mona,
I am sorry to inform you that President Bush has passed your letter to me. Mexican law is clear and explicit.
Foreign visitors and immigrants must:
• be in the country legally;
• have the means to sustain themselves economically;
• not be destined to be burdens on society;
• be of economic and social benefit to society;
• be of good character and have no criminal records; and
• contributors to the general well-being of the nation.
Also, sadly for you, in my nation requires:
• immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
• foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
• foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
• foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
• foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
• those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.
Your president was kind enough to send your picture along with the letter. We will be watching and prepared to imprison you and your extended family.
He is also so kind to me and my people who come to your nation and send money back which saves my nation from having to provide jobs for them, he will not consider passing such laws as my nation has in place. It is so unfortunate for you.
Sincerely,
President Calderon
It is a horrible thing, this disparity between our nation's laws and Mexico's laws. When will our government see the light and slam the door shut?
It's not about turning our backs on Mexico. I live 20 miles from the border, teach English, and happen to be White. POVERTY is the real problem. People do awful things when they are desperate; people look for a better life when they are desperate. Why is Louisiana one of the most crime ridden states? Poverty There are wealthy people in Mexico. There is no middle class. Many of my students dream of getting rich and moving back to the "Rich" part of Mexico much like many of our U.S. born citizens now wish to become professional athletes, a model, or an actress. I've been to restaurants in Border Mexico where eyes have rolled and noses are turned up because I am not dressed to their liking. I used to visit my grandmother near Agua Prieta when the border was less stressful (before Jimmy Carter; history people). There are people who want to stay in Mexico and simply cannot afford to. We are living next to a third world country (i.e. dirt roads, no running water). and we shouldn't forget there are people in the United States still living this way. There are points I agree with, but you have to understand; children react to influence and strong teaching. It is our job to Educate them and socialize them AND respect their experiences when they are not ours.
RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!...
