What is with illegal aliens from Brazil one is charged yesterday with raping women in two states?
Marcelo G. Mota is being held in a New Jersey jail on $1 million cash bail on charges of raping a New Jersey woman in September 2005 and two Westborough women in August 2003, authorities said.
He also is charged with attacking a Hopkinton woman, who fought him off before she was sexually assaulted. He confessed to the crimes in both states after his arrest, authorities said. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

Marcelo will probably get off easy as our government is affraid to do anything as it would be politically incorrect to do anything to a minority,sad but true,our country has gone to hell.I read about these crimminals everyday and it sickens me to think our government will let this go on,but sadly most illegals commit a list of crimes a mile long,and usually get away with murder.And what is even worse ,we the taxpayers are paying them to do so with all the freebies our government gives them.
Technically if people were really still thinking on their feet so to speak, those victims are suppose to be able to go after the taverns, convenient stores, or other establishments for allowing a person to get that drunk, and then to drive. But if it is legal for the victims to go after the employers on a civil suit, then I say go for it.
