Most of them are too illiterate and stupid to comprehend all the machinations going on behind the scenes. If you tell them any of these things (Noth American Union, cheap labor for the corporates, destruction of the middle class), they'll just think it's some gringo mind trick. Besides, they don't care; they're getting a better life here than in Mexico, so they go right along with it.
They know why, and they relish that. That's why the continue to do it.

The illegals, good, bad or otherwise for the MOST PART don't care about the USA. They care for themselves and their own needs. Just like the rest of us.
The problem as I see it is that they don't care about the situation in the USA. That's dead wrong for all the rest of us and is one of the main reasons carte blanche amnesty is unacceptable.
I wanna see some committment before I allow any old body into my country.
If you don't care you tend to come illegally. If you care, you go through the process.
