I think that while he is saying all the right things to try and get Senators onboard, we the citizens need to be watching for "that man behind the curtain" we aren't supposed to pay attention to. If you saw the poll results this morning, the only people that got lower ratings than the President were Congress. I don't trust him or them.
Keep up the pressure and start hitting the House Reps as well.
I think it's ridiculous. They don't seem to have a truly definite answer for anything that's important to the American people just false promises as usual.
The illegal aliens must do the following to work here:
-forge documents
-committ identity theft
-break immigration law
Come legally or go home.

This part of the article kills me:

Yeah, oh really? Soliders are down there doing their job, but they are being criticized and pending charges for protecting their borders. Why don't Mr. Bush go explain this to those soldiers down there about why they are facing charges?

I think this type of politics is horrible and why our system appears to be failing. They are selling us out for votes and a few more years of cheap labor. They won't generate enough tax revenue to make it worth it in the long run. Our politicians are for the most part bad stupid people with expensive educations that would have been better given to someone with a heart and brain and love for their country and culture.

Bush said the 1986 law doesn't work. Did they ever do anything to apply the laws? I doubt it! They don't care about security. They are butt kissers to Mexico.
