Does any one know how to get this in England??

My friend is planning on getting married in Denmark through a company that deals with US militry does anyone know where she can get the following documents in england?? Proof of Residency (Meldebescheinigung)
Affidavit, stating that you are single and have never been married before. (Aufenthaltsbescheinigung zur Vorlage beim Standesamt)

Proof of residency in the UK is stamped in the passport. It is a permanent extension of the entry clearance visa.

Affidavits are done in front of a lawyer. There is a fee involved and it varies with different companies. Tell them to phone a UK lawyer for details.
If she is a resident of the UK, trhen she needs to contaxt the home office as they can help in this matter.
