The thing is you cannot just ask asylum. You did not mention which country you are from?
You can as a matter of fact in the airport go and tell the higher security officianls if your condition back home is very bad.
But I really do not think you have any chance. It all depends on your country of origin and how bad it is there. For example if you are from zimbabwe and you are going to england there is a chance.
