I would like yo get info about a immigration warrant that my son"s father has on him right now?

He" currently in jail for possessing a fake ID. When the police seized him they violated a couple of his rights, and to cover their doings up they also called immigration on him as well.

Answer:
If he's not a citizen, he doesn't have the rights of a citizen. If he's using a fake id then he has committed identity fraud which is a felony, tax fraud (also a felony and a federal crime) and a multitude of lesser charges. He will either be deported or put in prison. You won't be seeing your "baby-daddy" for a while either way.
I assume he is ILLEGAL? If so, HE HAS NO RIGHTS! If he is illegal, and a felon (ID theft), he should be deported!!!!!

WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND?
Exactly what rights did they violate?

And do not say miranda rights.
He broke the law. Deport him. That is all.

If he didn't come here illegally in the first place, none of that would have happened. OMG seriously!!??
I am sure he is in jail for doing all the right things, come on stop blaming the system. Your son is accountable for his own actions..not the police... Once you get to court, request that the police or prosecution provide "Full disclosure" this is a detailed account of the events of the investigation and details of the arrest warrant.
Your son's father? Wouldn't that be you? Anyways, what rights? I'm guessing he is illegal or he wouldn't have to possess a fake ID. That's two things illegal that he's done. The only rights he has is the right to go back where he came from.
ILLEGAL immigrants HAVE no rights. You have to be a citizen of the US to have any rights.
Lets see......

I'm assuming he's here illegally, seems to have gotten off on the right foot illegally crossing the border.....

Fake ID... identity fraud, lovely, that's a felony. I saw tax fraud mentioned in conjunction with another poster, correct, that's another FELONY.

Immigration warrant, sounds like he got a desk appearance ticket to straighten out his immigration status and never showed, that would be contempt of court.

I miss anything so far? Maybe like an underlying crime for being arrested in the first place?

He's, at the very least, hit the trifecta of immigration violations and this, um poor "undocumented migrant" (sarcasm) would be a model citizen in WHAT sense? Or deserve yet ANOTHER chance to snub his nose at our laws?

He SHOULD be busting rocks for the next 5 years in a nice striped suit before being turned back over to the country that taught him such great respect for the law. But I'd settle for the first bus out of the country, with the understanding that if he
EVER came back, for ANY reason, he'd be looking at some serious time in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's tent city.
